Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Thiago Centurion Apps ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of any mobile applications published under the Thiago Centurion Apps brand (collectively, "the Apps").

By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our Apps.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our Apps on devices you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and applicable App Store rules.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Apps
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
• Rent, lease, sell, or sublicense access to the Apps
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Subscription Terms

Some of our Apps offer subscription-based access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date
• Billing: You will be charged through your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and upon each renewal
• Price Changes: Subscription prices may change with notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires

Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

All subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To cancel or modify a subscription:

• Open Settings on your iOS device
• Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions
• Select the subscription you want to manage
• Tap Cancel Subscription (cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period)

We cannot process refunds or cancellations directly. All billing inquiries must be directed to Apple Support.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. Generally, all sales are final. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact Apple Support directly.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Apps in a lawful and responsible manner. You may not:

• Use the Apps in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Apps or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Apps or servers
• Use the Apps to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Engage in automated data collection (scraping, bots, etc.) without permission
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the Apps to harass, abuse, or harm others

AI Features and Generated Content

Some of our Apps may include AI-powered features such as image generation, text processing, or intelligent recommendations. When using these features:

• You are responsible for your inputs and how you use generated outputs
• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You may not use AI features to create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• We reserve the right to limit or terminate access to AI features if they are misused
• You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the rights granted to our AI service providers

Backend Services and Cloud Sync

Some Apps may offer backend services such as cloud storage, data synchronization, or online features. These services:

• May require an active internet connection
• Are provided "as is" without guarantees of availability
• May be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time with notice
• Should not be used as your sole backup solution

We recommend maintaining local backups of important data.

Intellectual Property

The Apps, including all content, features, functionality, designs, code, and trademarks, are owned by Thiago Centurion Apps and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission. All other trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Apps will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of content or features
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

We do not guarantee that the Apps will meet your requirements or expectations. Your use of the Apps is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIAGO CENTURION APPS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Loss of or damage to property
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Damages resulting from interruption or cessation of the Apps

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Apps shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or €50 if you have not made any payments.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thiago Centurion Apps and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Apps
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our discretion for operational or security reasons

Upon termination, your right to use the Apps will immediately cease. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of subscription fees.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Apps shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• If negotiation fails, mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed
• As a last resort, litigation in the competent courts of Portugal

EU users may also have the right to file complaints with their local consumer protection authorities.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Apps, business practices, or legal requirements. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page
• For significant changes, we will notify you through the Apps or via email
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Thiago Centurion Apps regarding your use of the Apps and supersede any prior agreements.
